UK Show Jumper Jamie Gornall Joins Team SUCCEED

Freedom Health is thrilled to welcome international show jumper Jamie Gornall to our UK sponsored rider team.

Jamie has ridden for and trained with some of the best riders in the world over the last 15 years including Di Lampard, Janne Friederike Meyer, John Whitaker and Ludger Beerbaum. He is extremely knowledgeable about bloodlines and breeding and the highly respected Holstein bloodlines in particular as he rode for the Holsteiner Verband whilst working for Janne Meyer.

Jamie has built up an impressive team of horses over the last 18 months. His horse range from those starting out in the sport to established Grand Prix stallions, each one treated as an individual.

Gornall Equestrian, based in North Yorkshire, is home to Jamie and his horses. Gornall Equestrian provides state-of-the-art equestrian facilities for maintaining horses up to the highest levels and semen from some of the sport’s most illustrious bloodlines.

Jamie believes that, “In order to maintain horses at the top level you need to ensure great feeding, training and management by working with the best companies and practitioners possible. We use SUCCEED on a day-to-day basis as a foundation in the feeding and training regime for all the horses at Gornall. We find good gut health is essential in maintaining the horses’ optimum health as it enables maximum nutrients to be absorbed from the feed that they are given.

“We have had horses come to us with some gut issues. Using SUCCEED has helped transform these horses into a picture of health and aided their performance, as they feel more comfortable in the gut and absorb more nutrients which helps to build condition. It has helped keep the horses in regular digestive patterns, with less bloating, and minimised any issues that they had previously had with girthing.”
